My favorite hobby

My favorite hobby is Running. I really enjoy running because it relives all my stress and anxiety that I accumulate in the mater  of one day. When I run it just makes my body feel so good, I love seeing results of my fitness. Running helps with so many things as well as it is really good for you. When you run you burn off all the body fat and grease throughout your body which is a good thing because the more bad greases you have in your body the quicker you produce body fat. Eating junk food isn't good for your body, we should all care for out bodies because if we don't then who will. Junk food and bad meals only worsen your body, as you get older it all adds up in the future all the bad meals, bags of chips, candy etc. Taking care of your body should be your number one priority because it is yours and your health should really matter to you. Having good meals and drinking water daily is great. Your body is mostly made up of water, if you don't drink enough water it is much more possible for you to become dehydrated.

While I was at Newport Harbor High I did track for 2 years. I would run the 100 sprint, it was a very fast sprint as well as very competitive. I enjoyed it because it was a challenge for me. I really liked being in track because you see many different faces. I liked the girls because everyone was different, there were a lot of different ethnicities. Talking to them was fun because I would learn about their cultures some were very different from mine which made it so interesting. For my everyday warm up I would run a mile around the track. I really disliked running under so much sun, my favorite weather to run in was always cold weather because I would get pumped up. The sun always made me get tired and made me feel so drowsy.

I think that everyone should be active and run for their own health, you don't necessarily just need to run in order to be healthy but it is a great step in starting your healthy lifestyle. Everyone should have time out of their day to at least take thirty minutes  and go for a run. Everything is always much better when you go for a run.

About Me

Let me begin by telling you a little about myself. My name is Mariana Paz Melendez I'm 17 years old I attend Back Bay High school. I only have one other sibling his name is Arcenio. I live in Newport beach. I was born at Hoag Hospital. I have traveled to Guatemala and Puerto Rico but my favorite has been Guatemala. I like to go horse back riding with my family, it is such a fun experience and it really is enjoyable. For kinder through fourth grade I attended Whittier Elementary and from fifth to sixth I attended Rea Elementary, and seventh to eighth grade I went to Ensign Intermediate.

Now, I attend Back Bay High school and I'm in the look out for a job. I will be eighteen on September. After High school I really wanted to join the navy but there was one thing stopping me and that was not being able to swim. I think I will be attending OCC or Coastline Community college. I worked at the OC fair for two years, both 1 month job while the fair was in session. Setting my goals and achieving them is the only thing in my mind, I've always wanted a Bentley so I need to keep my goals straight in order to accomplish it.
